All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, a trusted national courier service.


2. DELIVERY AREA

We currently offer nationwide shipping within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, load shedding, or unforeseen courier delays.


4. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • You’ll see the final shipping cost before making payment.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Courier Guy tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate. QUIMICO Car Products is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address details

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability at the delivery address

  • Additional charges incurred for re-delivery or address corrections
